Making New Habits Stick
Have you ever tried to add a new routine to your life, only to have it fall apart immediately?
Over the week, you’ll develop new routines or habits tailored to your own fitness level and goal. In this group workshop, you’ll learn about the science and magic of making these habits stick without feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
Led by Sarah Zimmerman, project manager and strategist with over two decades of experience working with behavior change in multiple fields. This workshop is included in the trip package.
Meet Your Hosts
Coach Jakobi Rankin
Certified personal trainer and women’s wellness specialist with a background in orthopedic medicine and specialized education in perimenopause and menopause.
Jakobi is passionate about helping women build strength for every season of life, empowering them to feel strong, confident and at home in their bodies.
Sarah Zimmerman
Community-builder and event manager who will run the entire program. Specialist in helping clients design and implement plans to successfully reach personal and professional goals.
Sarah is your go-to for getting any issue resolved.
Cost Details
Retreat Cost per Person: $1850
($1570 plus $280 in taxes)
- Lodging & Food Included
Three meals a day are included for the entire trip. Participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks.
Each person will be sharing a room with one additional person. We will match people based on temperature preference and light sensitivity where possible. Each room either has a king bed or separate beds. - $157 Deposit
Reserve your spot with a deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable after Dec 1 unless you find a replacement. This also locks in the $1570 rate, which will increase to $1730 after Dec 1. - Remaining Balance Due Dec 31, 2026
The full payment will be due at the end of the year. - Additional Services Available
Extra services available for a small fee, such as airport transit. Transport and park admission are included for the optional hiking excursions.
